A superb location for exploring Dartmoor, The North Cornish Coast and the Tamar Valley.

Directions

From A30 exit at Lifton Down slip, then right towards LIFTON. As you approach village there is a row of cottages on left, immediately take left turn signposted YEAT. Keep on lane then take next left signposted CROSSGREEN. Lower Cross Farm is on right in all approx. 2 miles.
